Get comfortable
Bring something very comfortable to lie on, or a zero-gravity chair, plus a pillow and a cozy blanket.
Give yourself permission to settle in.
Arrive with time
Arrive approximately 10 minutes early. Allow a few extra minutes for parking. Street parking is limited; watch the posted restrictions.
A field northwest of the venue is available for attendee parking. For the September 22 and October 6 sessions, doors lock a few minutes after 7 p.m.
September 22: preparing your two Equinox stones
Bring one dark or black stone and one light stone. Crystals, river stones or simple stones that feel right to you are all welcome.
Your dark stone — letting go. In the days before the event, hold it with the intention of symbolically releasing thoughts, feelings, patterns or experiences you are ready to leave behind. You will be letting this stone go, so choose one you are comfortable parting with.
Your light stone — welcoming the new. Hold it while considering what you would like to welcome, nurture, create and carry forward. Bring both stones with you.
